Governor Jodi Rell of Connecticut Signs Bill Into Law Banning Elective Ultrasound Services
As of July 1, 2009, elective ultrasound services will no longer be legal in the state of Connecticut due to Gov. Jodi Rell signing a bill into law banning such services for expectant mothers in her state. The response from pregnant mothers and families alike are flooding the internet with not so favorable support for Gov. Rell and her Assembly.
